1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using LogoShow you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
LogoShow is a platform to generate and validate logos with AI, create previews (Scenes), build brand books and share proposals with clients. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LogoShow to create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
5. AI-generated content
Logo generation, analysis, Scenes and brand assets are produced by third-party AI models. Outputs are generated from your inputs and may vary between runs. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before use, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload and of the final designs you create. By using the service you grant us the limited license needed to operate it (for example, to process your images and generate results). We retain all rights in the LogoShow platform, brand and underlying technology.
7. Plans, credits & billing
Paid plans include a monthly pool of AI credits shared across your workspace. Credits are consumed per generation and refresh each billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes apply at the start of the next cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using LogoShow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice where appropriate.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that AI output will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogoShow will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the service or by email. Continuing to use LogoShow after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
